What is the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps?

The U. S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps (USNSCC) is a federally chartered program sponsored by the U.S. Navy
for young men and women ages 10-17 who are interested in developing skills in leadership, teamwork,
basic seamanship, personal confidence and courage, self-reliance and military discipline.
