Spruance, and indeed the entire Sea Cadet and League Cadet programs, would
not be able to function without the help of many, many wonderful people.
Most have or had children in the program, but some just want to use their
military, maritime, boating or general community service experience to help
one of the best youth programs in existence today. There are many ways that adults can help. Those who want to get more deeply and regularly involved can become Instructors and eventually, if they like, Officers. Others can contribute as assistants to the Officers and Administrators of the program. Parents of Cadets can participate in the Parents Committee. Take a look at the information below and see if you'd like to help Team Spruance help some of the greatest kids in the world. Click Here for information on becoming an Instructor or Officer

But many wonderful volunteers with many different skills, talents, experience and resources make Team Spruance one the country's top Sea Cadet units year after year. If you'd like to help us make an even better Unit for the cadets, please... |
Team Spruance Parents Committee The Parents Committee is a group of involved parents that provide many services in many ways to the Unit. They provide input and feedback on the programs, policies and personnel of the Unit so that we can always be refining the program to be the best it can be. The Parents Committee also provides needed logistical support for many of the operations of the Unit; including activities ranging from help in transporting Cadets to Navy ships in port, parades, museums, and other off-base activities. If you have or will have a Cadet in the Unit, please... |
